Nurses play a very crucial role in the provision of health services. With this in mind, the company launched the Madison Insurance Provincial Nurse of the Year Award. This award is to be given to the best nurses in each district in a particular province with special interest on Provincial Winners. The award scheme has so far been launched in Coast and Western Provinces.
