The Madison board of directors is responsible for the overall direction of our corporate governance policies. They are accountable to the shareholders in ensuring that the company complies with the law and the highest standards of corporate governance and business ethics.

Additionally, we have integrated our systems with online service portals, which facilitate convenient and interactive communication with our clients. We have redesigned our corporate website to bring our services more closer to our customers. Through the website, our customers can access policy statements, submit claims, chat with us, pay premiums, submit enquiries, obtain online quotations and access information regarding their policies.
