He is a holder of Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Robert Schumann University, France and an MBA from the University of Nairobi. He is also a holder of a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, London.
He holds several Directorships and is currently the Chairman and Managing Director of Madison Group Ltd and the Chairman of Amedo Centres Kenya Limited. Mr. Ngaruiya has held various senior management level positions in diverse sectors in Kenya including in the oil sector, the motor vehicle sector, the newsprint media sector and in the manufacturing sector
Mr. Wainaina holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Maastricht School of Management/ESAMI, is a fellow of Chartered Association of Certified Accountants-UK, is a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK) and a member of Kenya Institute of Management.
He is also the Deputy Chairman of Madison Holdings Limited, prior to which he worked as Financial Controller with the Singer Sewing Machine Company. James is a Director of over 10 companies in Kenya.
Mr. Stanley Ngaine
Mr. Ngaine holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Nairobi, is a fellow of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCAA-UK), a Certified Public Accountant in Kenya (CPAK) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management accountants.
He has extensive experience in both the private and public sector that includes being the Director of Fiscal and Monetary Policy at the Ministry of Finance, the Executive Chairman of Sterling Securities and Managing Director of Amuri Investment and Management Ltd. Prior to this, he held senior management positions in Europe and Kenya.
Dr. Eustace Mwarania
Dr. Mwaranai holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Science Degree and a Doctor of Philosophy in Electronics from the University of Southampton.
He is currently the Managing Director of Softwise (Kenya) Ltd and has helped in developing programs to enhance ICT applications for many business and public bodies in Kenya. Eustace is also the Executive Chairman of Optiware Communications Group which assists organizations in the deployment of large data center solutions.
Mr. Githua Ngaruiya
Mr. Githua holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University, where he obtained a double major in Management Information Systems and Accountancy. He holds an MBA from Strathmore University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Mr. Githua is currently General Manager of General Motors East Africa based in Nairobi Kenya. Prior to that, he was the Financial Controller in the same organization. Mr. Githua has also worked with the Rockefeller Foundation as Finance Manager, Cardinal Health Inc. in Ohio USA and Deloitte & Touché LLP in Ohio USA.
Mr. Edgar Kalya
Mr. Edgar has an MBA (Finance) from University of Nairobi; Certified in Corporate Governance by the Centre for Corporate Governance; Advanced Management Program (AMP 2012) from Strathmore University, IESE, and Lagos Business Schools; an honorary member of the International Academy of Retail Banking in London; and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers – ACIB (London).
He has previously worked as a Director in the banking industry with 15 years in very senior positions. He is specialized in Private Equity, sourcing funds for businesses in Kenya. He has contacts across the world that he leverages for Private Equity. He is a mentor and Coach using his knowledge to develop the next generation of Industry leaders.
Edgar sits on the boards of Talentplex Holdings, Griffin Memorial Endowment Trust (GMET) – Chairman, Daraja Microfinance Bank (chair of Risk committee) and other social causes.
