This is a death in service cover ideally taken by an employer for the employees on a term basis (annually renewable policy)It is a 24 hour cover that gives covers on unfortunate Death of the member.

- Cover is based on a staff’s annual salary, in this case cover is on a factor of the annual pay, say 1, 2, 3 or 4 years annual salary
- A flat benefit, say Kshs. 500,000, 1 mill or 2 mill per staff.

- Critical illness rider, which pays up to % of the sum assured in case of specified illnesses, up to a a maximum limit of Kshs. 1 million. Some of these illnesses are heart Attack, Stroke ,Alzheimer’s, Blindness (permanent & irreversible),Dementia Resulting in permanent symptoms, Parkinson Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosis ,Cancer ,Renal Failure, Paraplegia & Paralysis, Coronary Artery Disease and Major Organ Failure.

How do I get Started
- The client is advised to complete and submit a Group Proposal form.
- Individual member will be required to complete application forms together with copies of their Identity cards; and submitted to Madison.
- Commencement of individual covers shall attach once the Individual proposal form is received in Madison with the requisite premium.
