Our Trustees Liability policy covers individual trustees and employees against legal liability or obligation arising from claims of wrongful acts and the cost incurred for defense.

A trustee would be defined as any duly appointed individual who (in accordance with the law) acts as a director or officer of a company.

The insurance policy shall not cater for:

• Fraudulent or dishonest acts of any trustee or employee found by any court to be dishonest or criminal.
• Any personal profit or advantage gained by you (or your trustee or employee) to which you were not legally entitled.
